Small jug / Handmade ceramic pot from Mirepoix – Signed J. Chik

I fell in love with this charming little jug (or milk jug/small vase) made of handmade ceramic with an organic and raw design. Entirely crafted by the ceramist Jeannine Chikitou in Mirepoix, it features a unique turned texture work and a beautiful glaze in shades of emerald green, turquoise, and terracotta. The neck is beautifully asymmetrical, forming an elegant natural spout. The interior reveals a lovely crackled effect typical of art pottery. The piece is signed and hand-engraved under the base: "J. Chikitou - Mirepoix". A superb unique piece of folk art or studio pottery, ideal for adding a bohemian, wabi-sabi, or rustic-chic touch to your decor.
