Oyster F557 Swivel Chair by Pierre Paulin for Artifort

Lovely lounge chair designed by Pierre Paulin in 1961. It’s the first edition of the oyster chair and is shortly produced (till 1965). That’s why the chair is rare. Very comfortable seat. Molded and pressed wooden shells with a plastic round foot. With high quality wool fabric (tonica 2) and in good shape foam. This chair is in good vintage condition. The wool on the seating area has some very little signs of use, consisting with its age. The pictures are an integral part of the description. Length: 88 cm height: 80 cm depth: 78 cm.
