Vintage chalk case

Wooden case, containing almost unused chalk for drawing (there are 5 missing, as shown in the illustration) 196 series a reference crays of bourgeois. The briefcase and its lid are connected by some kind of staples. Probable dating 1930s - briefcase found in a family attic.
