Mid-century teak sideboard from the 1960s

A beautifully designed teak sideboard by Victor Bramwell Wilkins for E-Gum (later G-Plan). Originally marketed as part of the "G-Plan Scandinavian Style" range and sold by Heals in the late 1960s, this sideboard is part of the Brasilia range. With scalloped door and drawer handles in contrasting solid teak, three spacious drawers, two large closets and a beautiful solid teak base. Teak has a beautiful vintage golden patina that can only be achieved with age. One Very desirable room, in excellent condition for restoration, there are some minor signs of use typical of a room of this age.
