Swedish Teak Mid Century desk by Egon Ostergaard manufactured by SMi Sweden in the 1970s This distinctive cylindrical desk features a folding lid with a fully equipped interior with three small drawers and a sliding writing surface providing plenty of workspace. In addition to an original sliding writing surface, the curved roll top features an inlaid opposite grain teak pattern. When the roll top is opened, it reveals a nice selection of small drawers and lockers. The three main drawers have carved wooden handles. The attractive cylinder cover works very well and the extendable work surface extends as it was designed and all the drawers work very well.
