Mid-century coffee table, 1960s

Solid walnut coffee table, German manufacture, 1960s. A piece with a pronounced sculptural character. The large top rests on four tapered legs with T-shaped bases. The junction of the leg and top, crafted as a standalone piece, demonstrates a rare attention to detail. The small sides of the top are slightly curved, an elegant detail.
