Black steel and wicker side table by Carl Auböck, mid-century.

A charming small rectangular Austrian table in mid-century modernist style or stool, designed and made by Carl Auböck II, Vienna, Austria, circa 1950, in very good original condition with slight signs of wear on the wicker, please see the images. The frame is made of thin black lacquered steel with white rubber tips. The top is entirely made of tightly woven rattan. The simplicity of the materials used and their proportions give a delightfully soft design, very practical and charming. The table is ready to use in your interior.
