Elegant and rare double ashtray / smoking necessity from the early 20th century, Art Deco, in Longwy enamels, signed. Beautiful oval shape composed of two circular side ashtrays, each with cigarette rests, framing a central rectangular compartment that can hold cigarettes, matches, tobacco, or small smoking accessories. The whole piece is adorned with a superb polychrome floral decoration on a turquoise blue and deep blue background, typical of Longwy enamels. Large stylised flowers in shades of pink, raspberry, and white intertwine with green foliage and small orange, yellow, and purple berries. The inner parts of the two ashtrays, as well as the central compartment, are a light turquoise blue, creating a particularly bright contrast with the deep blue of the border. It can be used as an ashtray, a trinket dish, or simply as a decorative collectible. In good condition. The piece has an enamel skip on the edge of one side and a chip in the central compartment. These do not detract from the decorative and functional character of this collectible piece. 📐 18.5 cm long X 9 cm wide X 3.5 cm high. ✨ Very careful shipping. ✨ Professional shop. ✨ You will receive an invoice and benefit from after-sales service after each purchase. ✨ We have other listings online, feel free to take a look. 06/26.
