Lamp by Gérard Hofmann

Very beautiful and elegant table lamp by the french ceramic artist gérard hofmann (1917-1965). Painter, gérard hofmann first worked for fernand léger in biot, before becoming a decorator for cerenne. He opened his own workshop with his wife christiane, route du col de saint antoine in vallauris in the 1960s. White-glazed chamotte earthenware ceramics. It is in very good condition. From the 50s.
