1950s Cabinet by Cor Alons for De Boer Gouda, Netherlands

A beautiful cabinet by iconic dutch designer cor alons and manufactured by de boer gouda in the netherlands around 1950. This highly recognizable piece is made of high quality beech in a nice, warm brown colour. The curved legs are an outstanding detail that is typical for the designs by alons. It would make an outstanding addition to any mid-century modern interior. The piece has a total of six drop down doors finished with round perforations for door handles. The doors reveal plenty of shelves and two drawer units. All together it offers plenty of storage capacity while also being a lovely addition to the decor! It remains in good, original condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
