1930's art deco ashtray

Demeyere 1930's ashtray. I bought this from a vintage dealer some 12 years ago, in the same condition it is in now, used but fair condition. The base of the stand has some damage that could easily be remedied if you know how. The bakelite tray has a chip from the side. Although I never used it as an ashtray, it does have some signs of previous use. Even with its aesthetic defects, it is a gorgeous, timeless piece.
