Vintage bistro table, stamped LAFA Aurillac.

Beautiful bistro table from the early 20th century, with its very elegant cast iron leg stamped LAFA - Aurillac - France. At that time, bistros bought their cast iron legs to order from French manufacturers and often had them stamped with the name of their establishment. This is undoubtedly the case here, with this Aurillac bistro. We note the precision of the decorations on the cast iron, notably this immaculate rosette. We rarely find such clarity in these legs. The top is in oak veneer (old but probably brought back) and shows some signs of wear in particular, two lighter spots where the veneer has suffered a little. But it has been cleaned and is perfectly usable as is in a kitchen, a living room or a bedroom. L: 110 cm. D: 65 cm. H: 72 cm. The price is firm, thank you.
