Modernist side table in the style of Jean Burkhalter, 1930.

This side table is a modernist work from the 1930s. It recalls the work of Jean Burkhalter published by Primavera at the 1925 International Exhibition of Decorative Arts. Its wooden structure rests on a black-painted base and is organised around a geometric frame incorporating two levels of storage. Small metal elements connect the structure to the circular black marble top. This table is in good original condition and has a beautiful patina. D1851.
