Victorian Tilting Breakfast Table in Raw Wood Mahogany

Tilt-top table, a table whose top is hinged on a central plinth so that it can be rotated from a horizontal to a vertical position and so, when not in use, takes up less space. Originally, the idea was mainly applied to occasional (e.g. lightweight, movable) tables of the type used for tea and similar occasions. These tables are also known as breakfast tables. We have updated the aesthetics of the table, our expert team of restorers have sanded and left the mahogany with its natural finish. Treated with an extra-clear varnish to protect from everyday use.
