Hand-woven red wool rug

Minimalist wool rug or 2 runners, hand-woven, vintage item, made twenty years ago. Very modern by design, can easily match a Scandinavian style or any modern interior. There are two available with small differences, as in the photos. In the south of Romania, years ago, every mother handmade for her daughters beautiful carpets and carpets as a point for their weddings. I grew up with this: every winter, at my grandmother's house, the women of the village, the neighbors and the parents, spend the evenings and those long winter nights together, working on beautiful wool rugs or other handmade items. Today, the art of carpet crafts is almost extinct. Now we try to discover and put in the context of modern design these beauties. That's our story.
