Set of three solid pine stools, 1970s.
Maison Lecan presents this trio of solid pine stools from the 1970s, in the spirit of the furniture from Les Arcs, the resort envisioned by Charlotte Perriand, with a nod to the shapes of Alvar Aalto. The design is straightforward: a round and thick seat, held between squared legs that support it from the sides. The pine has taken on a beautiful honey hue that highlights its grain. They are perfectly stable and in good vintage condition, with the small signs of use of a solid wood that has lived. At the end of a table, as a stand for a plant, as a bedside table or as extra seating in an entrance, they find their place everywhere, together or separately.
