A danish rosewood dining table with 2 additional extension leaves designed by severin hansen for haslev møbelfabrik in the 1960’s. A lovely deep rich colour and patina to the rosewood which is shown to amazing effect on this dining table. Beautiful attention to detail in the construction with the characteristic triangular joints where the legs join the table top, an elegant piece of mid-century design. The table has been stripped as the old finish was worn and damaged and refinished with a wax oil and wax polish to bring out the colour and detail of the piece, and is in an excellent condition. A beautiful piece of danish design a lovely round dining table in beautiful rosewood with 2 additional extension leaves and drop down supporting leg, perfect for everyday use as well as entertaining larger gatherings, can sit up to 8/10 people. H 71 X ø 117 cm. 2 additional leaves w 117 X l 50 cm.
