Handmade old Persian oriental rug 200cmx125cm

Hamadan rugs are good quality products, almost always with rectangular designs. Their main colors are red and blue. Here the rug features rich shades from red to pink; the wool used is strong and very sturdy – perfect for these rugs, as they need to be very sturdy. They are used most of the time for entrance halls, due to their stability. 200cm X 125 cm = 2.50m2 iran mid-20th century carpet entirely hand-knotted. The carpet is in good condition apart from the central blue pattern which has lightened slightly.
