An unframed oil on canvas (suggestions for a display frame) depicting a lively scene with a large pine tree by the sea and a woman on the path signed lower right edouard ansaloni period: early 20th century dimensions: 38 X 46 cm good condition edouard gaëtan charles ansaloni (1878 - 20th century), french painter born in yzeure. Student of jean-léon gérôme, benjamin constant and jean-paul laurens. Brother of amilcar jean antoine ansaloni, engineer of the state railways and former chief engineer of the design office of the company gustave eiffel & cie.
