Sublime extendable Art Deco table made of varnished Macassar ebony, featuring a magnificent veneer with vertical grains that offer an elegant contrast between deep chocolate tones and the characteristic coppery veins of this precious wood. The top, with slightly curved lines, is adorned in its centre with an inlaid panel whose geometric chevron pattern adds an extra touch of sophistication. This subtle framing, highlighted by a light border, visually structures the piece and showcases the marquetry work. The table rests on four tapered wooden legs, refined at the bottom with brass sabot, a typical signature of French design from the 1940s. The proportions are harmonious, and the whole exudes an impression of elegant lightness. It is equipped with two side extensions that generously increase the seating capacity while maintaining the purity of the lines when the extensions are closed (length with extensions of 249 cm). Overall good condition. Dimensions: H74 L160 LR249 P88.5 Delivery throughout France.
