This piece has developed a deep and even patina, built over several decades. The matte varnish finish preserves its appearance without overwhelming it. The tabletop rests on a four-legged base with square-section legs, connected by a low double H-stretcher: a straightforward, understated construction without unnecessary ornamentation. A centrally located drawer on the front rail, with an original cast metal handle featuring a floral design, discreetly completes the ensemble. Compact size, height under the rail of 60 cm.
