Bookcase in Louis XVI style marquetry

Elegant showcase louis XVI style bookcase composed in two bodies. Lower part composed of a long and tapered console with 2 opening drawers and decorated with marquetry garlands of flowers and gilded brass handles. Upper part composed of a large showcase with 3 shelves and beige velvet fabric inside. Exterior richly decorated in marquetry with garlands of flowers, drapes and central macaron decorated with a cherub. Very good overall condition, regional work of 1900 period, slight marks and traces of use on the wood, spotted inner velvet and lack of two small cabochons on the bottom of the rear feet, all visible in the photos. Dimensions 137, 5x187, 5x40, 5 cm.
