This set of four cantilever chairs was manufactured in Germany during the 1960s. These chairs are a perfect example of modernist design inspired by Bauhaus aesthetics, combining functionality, simple form, and innovative use of materials. They are characterised by a lightweight yet sturdy structure made of chrome-plated bent steel, typical of furniture designs from the 1920s and 1930s. Their form is based on the cantilever principle - a structure without back legs, in which the flexibility of the frame ensures comfortable seating. This solution is not only functional but also visually light and dynamic. The seats and backrests are upholstered in an original fabric with a fine pattern in shades of brown and beige. The upholstery is soft, pleasant to the touch, and blends well with both modern and classic interiors. The overall design creates a unique harmony of form and function, perfectly incorporating the modernist aesthetic. The chairs are suitable for both home spaces and commercial and office spaces. Their neutral colours and balanced style make them easy to match to a variety of interior styles: loft, minimalist, or Scandinavian. The chairs are in original vintage condition. They show minor signs of wear due to age. The upholstery is original. The seat height is 44 cm. The colours of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colours. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The offer may include photos of the item in the living space, but these are for illustrative purposes only.
