Set of five old studded wooden Lyon balls, 9.5 cm

Set of 5 studded wooden lyonnais pétanque balls, old, late 19th century, early 20th century. Metal screws are arranged in spirals, with a number engraved in a medallion. Just dusted and waxed to retain their beautiful patina by bringing out the texture of the wood and metal. The metal has been treated against corrosion. The balls measure approximately 9.5 cm in diameter.
