Vintage 1970s Italian Opalescent Murano Glass & Chrome Table Lamp

**No additional customs / tariffs for EU / USA customers on arrival** An original vintage table lamp with a bulbous chromed metal base and a matching bulbous shade of mouth-blown glass with an opalescent ombre-like effect that graduates from opaque white to clear. The lamp was made in Italy in the mid- to late-1970s, with the shade probably being made by a Murano glassworks. The lamp has been brought up to modern electrical safety standards with a new earthed lamp-holder and a generous length of premium Italian 3-core cable with a decorative and period-appropriate Rayon sheath with a woven monochromatic houndstooth pattern. Supplied with a 3-Amp UK plug. The lamp accepts a single E27 Edison screw bulb. Some minor wear to the chrome, glass is perfect. Clean and ready to use.
