Napoleon III beaded mirror

Napoleon III style beaded mirror in embossed brass. In its center, a rectangular mercury mirror like on the beads, above a pretty pediment loaded with scrolls, flowers and shells, we find the same scrolls all around the frame and acanthus flowers at each corner of the beads. On the back, it was covered with a wooden plaque and a newspaper with the date 1836, which shows that this mirror is indeed from the 19th century. There is also a rope to hang it on a wall. This mirror is in its original condition, it has several signs of wear on the glass and on the frame, but it remains a beautiful vintage and very decorative item. Height 58 cm. Width 31 cm.
