2 superb "safari congo chair" chairs in lacquered black wood by finnish designer ilmari tapiovaara. Produced by hagafors stolfabrik ab around 1954. Good general condition, they nevertheless have some defects consistent with their age, especially on the parts that come into contact when they are unfolded and on the seat plate. I bought them recently in a auction house but prefer to part with them because they are a little too large for my small parisian apartment; -). To come see and recover in paris.
