Bulging row - peter hayward - vanson. Large vanson row in teak and rosewood dating from the 60s. Two swing doors with an inner shelf at the ends and 4 central drawers. Its square handles give it its character and retro style. Rosewood base and handles. Period: 60s. Origin: england. Brand: vanson. Design: peter hayward. Wood: teak and rosewood veneer. Dimensions: l 190 X d 48 X h 71. Restoration: fully checked and controlled this row has been fully sanded and varnished to protect and nourish the wood. Unfortunately, slight stains on the tray could not be recovered during sanding. (see photos) Condition: good condition. Weight: between 35kg. By the way: Heavily influenced by mid-century scandinavian design, vanson was at the forefront of producing quality furniture in the 50s and 60s, led by chief designer peter hayward.
