Set of 22 antique table knives

Superb set of 22 antique table knives made of bone and molten steel. Made in france in the early twentieth century. The set includes 10 large knives and 12 small cheese or dessert knives. The sleeves are made of bone with beautiful mother-of-pearl inlays. The molten steel blades are signed gr and pd. The acronyms are surmounted by a crown. Blades forged in the factories of châtellerault in france. The minerves are made of unslicensed silver metal. In very good condition, there is no lack of mother-of-pearl which is very rare for this model. No cracks on the sleeves. Slight traces of oxidation on the blades but overall, the blades are very clean and they are well cut. Sold without storage boxes. A superb series not to be missed! Length of large knives: 23.5 cm. Length of small knives: 20 cm.
