Old painting, landscape of Provence, Hyères, signed, early XX century

Very pretty watercolor framed and glazed representing a lively landscape in the early twentieth century of the city of hyères with in the background the famous hill of castéou. It is signed at the bottom right (to decipher). It describes a gathering of characters on the left next to a wash house and on the right two characters. Pretty pastel colors with a beautiful depth to highlight the hill. It is embellished with a cream color pass everywhere and a gilded wood glass frame. Very nice condition, ready to be hung to give charm to your interior. Size: frame l 31.5 cm h 25.5 cm. Watercolor size l 17 cm h 12 cm.
