Chairs Hall House Monoprix

The chair from the Hall Haus X Monoprix collection (launched in September 2026) is a lacquered and perforated metal chair (dimensions: 49 X 45 X 76 cm), embodying a retro and pop spirit that directly evokes the iconic work of the famous 1950s designer Mathieu Matégot (known for his perforated metal creations like Rigitulle) and the Bauhaus movement. Three white chairs, three red chairs. Brand new, in their box. “Hall”, for the hall of buildings, their playground. “Haus”, a direct borrowing from Bauhaus, a movement they admire. Founded in 2020 by four graduates of Ensci Les Ateliers, the Hall Haus studio cultivates a taste for contrast between popular references and author design, collective memory and contemporary writing. After a notable presence at Design Parade 2022, they are now at Monoprix from 9 September 2026 with a collection that resonates with the form and use of a single tone. Sporting monogram, clean lines, small appliances and small furniture reimagined, including a modular armchair designed for small spaces. The spirit of Prisunic, filtered through the lens of the times.
