1950s Marouflée chest of drawers

50s wooden, restored and healthy. Covered with precious papers effect "second skin" the blue-night and black box and the 3 drawers blue-grey and gold. The black plastic handles are original. All our furniture is protected by an eco-label matte varnish. Marouflage is an ancient technique still used in bookbinders. Paper and wood are living materials and the colour variations of the papers exist and make the whole vibrant and singular. Each piece is unique and it is important to avoid placing this furniture in daylight, only the sun's rays degrade and a alleviate the colors of the paper.
