Amanta driver by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia 60s

Amanta chair by Mario Bellini for B&B Italy, 1960s. The amanta model was the first piece designed by mario bellini for the beginning of the Italian firm. The chair has a cubic shape. The frame is made of a single piece of reinforced polyester with a slit in the middle of the backrest to improve the strength of the structure. It has three cushions independent of the frame with three covered buttons on the backrest and three on the seat tightening the cover. In addition, the chair does not have a base. There is also the b&b italia logo moulded under the frame. In very good condition, completely reupholstered in our workshop in pink velvet.
