Magnificent antique majolica pitcher in a warm caramel hue that instantly catches the light. Its simple, harmonious, slightly rounded shape evokes the handcrafted pieces of yesteryear, designed to grace the table with gentleness and authenticity. The majolica reveals its full charm here: a braided relief reminiscent of wicker, perfectly highlighted by a nuanced, glossy glaze that oscillates between honey and warm brown. The delicate, antique crackle finish adds a subtle patina, highly prized for its decorative character. The generous handle and pronounced spout enhance the personality of this piece. Unstamped, but almost certainly a French production from the 1950s. In good vintage condition, with a small amount of wear on the spout (see photos), charming crackle marks, and a lovely patina from age. Height 13 cm – diameter 13 cm – total width 19 cm. Perfect for a slow living aesthetic.
