Vintage children's set by baumann, consisting of a desk and a chair, dating from the 50s/60s. Manufacture baumann or chaiserie baumann was a furniture manufacturing company. Founded in 1901 by the swiss émile baumann, it manufactured children's chairs in colombier-fontaine, where he strongly developed the bentwood technique. This set is made of solid wood with soft lines and an authentic patina; the bentwood is found on both the chair and the desk. Of course, there are traces of time, the previous presence of woodworms (woodworms, treatment done), especially on the top and the chair; these traces add charm and authenticity.
