Magnificent antique mirror in carved wood, probably of Indian craftsmanship (Rajasthan/Gujarat). A decorative piece full of character, with carved solar motifs and touches of patinated gilding. Handcrafted, entirely made by hand. Features. Dimensions: 71 × 39 cm. Material: carved solid wood. Patinated gilding / Rustic style. Antique glass mounted in a carved frame. Hanging system on the back (oxidised but functional). Condition. Good overall condition with a very nice patina. The glass shows some typical signs of age: Small losses of silvering, Pitting at the bottom, Slight stain on the left (a few cm), Fine line/scratch in the centre.
