Teak chair, designed by T. Harlev, Farstrup, Denmark 50s/60s, vintage, mid-c modern

A teak chair designed by thomas harlev for farstrup møbler and manufactured in denmark in the 50s/60s. Made of solid teak with beautiful, visible grain. Comfortable, convenient with good ergonomics. The joinery has been thoroughly cleaned of old coatings, lightly stained to even out the color and re-protected with several layers of hard oil-wax resistant to water and dirt. The seat and backrest are newly made of high-quality sponge with increased elasticity and upholstered with a light beige upholstery fabric with a boucle texture. The chair is a great representative of the danish mid-century modern style. It is ready to be arranged in the interior of an apartment, studio or workshop.
