“Rimorchiatore” table lamp by Gae Aulenti for Fontana Arte

A rare and iconic edition by Italian designer Gae Aulenti, this Rimorchiatore table lamp was designed in 1967 and produced by Fontana Arte in Milan around 1993. A true collector's item with a sculptural design, it is made of a lacquered metal casting and colored glass, in a combination of bright and graphic shades. Very good overall condition, works perfectly. The double metal button switch reinforces its industrial and retrofuturistic style.
