Antique tekke main carper or rug. A handsome antique tribal carpet, woven by the tekke turkmen tribal groupsin central asia. Featuring one often referred to as a "bukhara" carpet, as turkmens often sold their highly sought-after carpets in the bazaars of this ancient city. This is a very nice example in a large size and good state of preservation. Is made of the woll and silk, hand-knotted. Comes from 1900's. Wears a traces of use and age. In oryginal very good condition.
