Vittorio Introini table Saporiti edition from 1972

This rare model has the largest glass top dimension of 129 cm: Unlike those with smaller diameters, this model can actually be used as a dining table for 4 people. Its flower petal-shaped support foot has perfect stability. Each foot weighs approximately 6 kg. These pieces were made of cast aluminum in lost wax molds. They are handcrafted and have slight appearance defects, such as small traces of bubbles, due to the manufacturing process. The 4 elements are held together by a central piece. The 15 mm thick tempered glass top is simply placed on it. Height 71 cm. Possibility of comfortably storing 4 chairs under the top. Purchased new in 1972. Very slight appearance defect (3 mm) on the lower edge of the circular top: see photo.
