Bristol carafe in saint-louis crystal - blue lined decoration overlay cut

This superb decanter is made of crystal lined and cut with saint-louis. Of a deep blue, it is the bristol model. The overlay technique is a specialty of st. Louis: a first transparent crystal paraison is covered with a second blue paraison, then it is cut to reveal the underlying crystal. Cobalt-colored navy blue, this decanter is adorned with a regular flat ribbed waist. The cap is also cut. Unsigned, it is in very good condition and measures 38 cm X 12.5 cm. I report scratches of use and small defects (bubble and size). There is a shine on the base of the cap.
