Vintage LC6 dining table by Le Corbusier for Cassina, 1990s

Dining table designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand originally in 1928 for the Salon d’Automne in Paris and relaunched in 1974 by Cassina. It features a black aluminium base with four adjustable supports which make the tabletop 'float'. It is hard to believe this design was achieved already in 1928 and still can be purchased new today as if it were designed yesterday. Timeless design at its best. Good condition with some age-related wear to the base, new glass provided. Other glass dimensions are available on request. Can be used as a dining table or as a desk. 1990s - Italy.
