Elegant sideboard from the 60s designed by frank guille for the london firm austinsuite ltd. London. The body, doors and drawers are made of teak laminated wood. The bambi legs, characteristic of the scandinavian design of the mid-twentieth century, are made of solid teak wood as well as the subtle handles of drawers and cabinets. Its exterior design is built totally symmetrical with a storage space on each side and three central drawers. The door on the right, divides the space with a shelf in half thus leaving a space to store bottles or higher pieces and be used as a piece of furniture-bar. When opening the left door we find another separator shelf, this time occupying the entire depth of the space. The upper drawer uses a third of the space as a small cutlery space lined in black felt. It is in very good condition as it has been restored and finished with two layers of organic oil-wax from the british brand osmo. It only presents two small repairs in a handle and one of the legs as can be seen in the photographs.
