Slate and brass coffee table, 1990s

Slate and brass marquetry coffee table. A unique piece, created by the french artist of serbian origin marko in the 1990s. Irregular and organic in shape, the top is set with slate and encircled by a wide brass band. The four cylindrical legs are made of blackened steel and the back is made of raw steel. Good overall condition. The artist's signature is engraved on the edge of the top.
