Magnificent pair of antique andirons combining gilded brass with black cast iron, in a neoclassical Louis XVI style recognisable by their pine cone motifs and balanced lines. They are adorned with pretty carved details and carefully executed finishes. The cast iron back structure ensures perfect stability within the hearth. Very good condition with signs of age consistent with their age and use. Weight: 6.240 kg.
