Brutalist stool, Popular Mountain Art

Stool in the brutalist style, a piece of folk art, probably mountain furniture. It is made of dense wood, either oak or beech. It consists of four cylindrical legs and two thick sections that connect the two slats of the seat using dovetails and wooden pegs. A cut in the middle allows it to be carried with one hand. It is a beautiful example of traditional joinery. It is in good condition, stable, and solid.
