Large pot cover/perfume burner with earthenware handles of satsuma (japan, circa 1900-1920). Rich polychrome décor enhanced with gilding on a cream background. Beautiful catches in the shape of chinese lions standing on the hind legs. Perhaps it used to have a lid; a petal oldly glued with a lack of opening and some ginning to the grips. Decorative piece of beautiful size to use as a pot cover.
