Large teak dining table. 1960s

Teak dining table with a teak surface, solid beech substrate and solid african teak (afromosia) legs. The table has an unusually variable top and base. At its smallest, the table measures 130cm wide. It can house 1, 2 or 3 extensions, extending the table to 187cm, 243cm and 300cm. 2 extensions can be used while the base structure stays locked together. To add the 3rd extension the table frame slides apart. The aesthetic is pure danish, though it may have been manufactured, during the 1060s, in germany. Very good condition.
