Villeroy and Boch Acapulco glass coasters, 5 small plates

Set of five glass coasters from villeroy & boch from the acapulco series, designed by christine reuter in 1967, inspired by mexican folk art. Colorful iconic design from the mid-century. The fireproof porcelain coasters convince with their beautiful design and functionality and not only make collectors' hearts beat faster. The acapulco line was produced from 1967 to 1994. The first production was made with the blue logo and later with a brown logo. These small plates are from the earlier collection with the blue logo. Very good condition with slight signs of wear. One orange flower shows slight wear, see image.
