Mid-century adjustable workshop stool, Czechoslovakia, 1960s

A mid-century workshop stool made in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s, featuring a round, solid beechwood seat and a metal-threaded height adjustment mechanism. The four tapered beechwood legs are joined by a molded plastic connector, typical of functional workshop furniture from this period. The piece has been carefully restored: the seat surface has been sanded and revitalized with a natural bio-oil, while the frame has been cleaned and treated with natural oil. Solid, stable, and fully functional, with a lovely patina consistent with age. Good restored condition with visible signs of age and use.
